I am Mireille-Angelique Both and I create art works of wildlife and nature.
I have worked as a translator for 32 years, but with the rise of AI my job was being wiped out. That was the moment I decided to follow my heart. In 2022  I returned to my life long love for art. I feel it is what I have to do. Sometimes life takes you by the hand and leads the way.
It is a long road and I am nowhere near the end but I keep on walking and learning along the way. I hope we will cross paths somewhere.

I paint little reflections of animal life in oil paints and watercolors and sometimes, not often though, I like to draw in graphite and oil pencils to create art that lasts a lifetime. I hope you will enjoy my endeavors.

I live in the beautiful country side of Drenthe, in the north of the Netherlands. Here, I am occasionally visited by a fox or deer in my backyard. I am blessed with this beautiful nature around me! It ignites my passion for drawing and painting.
